This is one of the best Dramatics I have been to. As soon as I walked in I could tell how well kept the establishment was and the energy I was getting from the stylists were great! D lite is so well skilled in her craft it made me feel at home as soon as I sat down on the chair. Highly recommend

Capri is AMAZING! I have been going to her for some time, and EVERY TIME I am soo happy with my hair. She is easy to talk to when trying to explain what I want done, it also helps that she is a sweet person. I like to play around with my hair, doing fashion colors, a big chop & Capri isn't afraid to help me do those things. Book her! You won't be let down

Worst haircut I’ve received my entire life. She Took off too much hair. Cut in layers that I’ve spent over a year trying to grow out and chopped a chuck of the front off when I asked for a trim. I’m very upset and won’t be returning or recommending anymore.

The whole process was great until the end. I had originally reserved for a single process color treatment and a men's haircut. But at the end I was hit with a 270 dollar bill that included a double process treatment and a gloss. I understand that the plan can change during the visit but not once was I told how much anything would cost or that anything we were doing was more than I had expected. I was never asked if I wanted any of the extra treatments. Nobody let me choose how much I could afford to pay. That is really messed up. It left a bad taste in my mouth and a credit card bill that is much higher than I ever would have agreed to if you were up front about what you were doing to my body.

Have always loved Dramatics. Always a great experience. I walked into the 34th Street salon today on a whim. The very fantastic Dita gave me a fabulous cut and wonderful color. I'm not happy. My hair came out strawberry blondish with the highlights. The foil was left in for 2 seconds...I was not put under the light like Everyone else has the common sense to do. The gloss was itchy... I usually tip, didn't think she deserved it I'm ver unhappy with this. I have a picture of what I was expecting vs what I actually got.

What I walked out with was ends that looked like they were burned, unevenness, and a reverse lob in the front. For someone who has thin hair she does not know what to do to it to keep it looking full. Luckily, I went to Butterfly Salon and they had to take off 2.5 inches to cut correct it.

I got a haircut from Nettie and my hair was uneven. Several times throughout my haircut, she walked away from me for a few minutes. I think she had another client in the process of dying their hair. She must have forgotten where she left off because the layers on one side of my face were longer than the other side. I didn’t notice it at first because she told me to take my glasses off during the haircut and then curled my hair after. I noticed my haircut was uneven the next day when my hair was straight again. I called the salon to see if I could get my hair fixed, and they offered to give me another stylist. I agreed because I didn’t want to go back to Nettie. When I got to the salon, they tried to get me to go back to Nettie for the fix. When I said that I was not comfortable with that, a different stylist, an older man, helped me. He was very nice and checked my hair properly, and said that it was very obvious my hair was uneven. Although the man who cut my hair was very nice, I will not be coming back to this salon.

I’m so disappointed. I’ve been coming here for years but now I’m done. I will admit I was a few minutes late, my bad. But I didn’t get what I was looking for AT ALL! And was pretty much pushed out of the chair when the stylist was done because she had a full schedule. My hair looks no different now than it did before I walked in and paid $80.

I've been seeing Butterfly for roughly a decade now. She does a fantastic job with my fine, straight hair. The bob style I've been wearing in recent years has gotten more compliments than any haircut I have ever had.

My daughter got a half head of highlights from Daisy this afternoon. The highlights are simply awful. She has beautiful red hair ruined with stringy white blond streaks. She looks like she did her own highlights with a cap and a crochet needle. Her hair doesn’t look anything like the pictures she showed Daisy ahead of time. This is a disaster.

Great service and great attitudes. Probably not the best place for people of color if you are getting a blowout. I am a latina with thin but curly hair. I didn't get any heat protectant, no leave in conditioner or spray with oil, flat iron - nothing. Not a single curl in my style. Literally just a blow dry. My hair immediately got frizzy once I left the shop.

Sky did such a great job with both hair color and cut... listened carefully to my preferences and took his time to insure everything was perfect! Professional, friendly, respectful... Had a great haircut (for men) done by Skalper! Skalper is super nice, super patient, and he talked to me a lot about my ideas and his ideas of a new haircut before actually doing it. My final result is a cool mix of undercut & side part. I would highly recommend Skalper! And I'll definitely book with him again ~~

Sugar is absolutely amazing. She's friendly,patient, a good listener and very talented. She handles every aspect of the job including washing, deep conditioning, cutting and blow drying. Sugar does not allow you to leave her chair without making sure she did exactly what you requested, even if it means cutting twice. Most importantly, she never cuts more than you want because according to her, "you can't glue it back, but you can always cut a little more." Thank you Sugar for a terrific job!

My hair had been totally messed up and uneven by a walk in I did (don't ask where) lol. I randomly picked Capri and was 101% satisfied. She's wonderful, caring and knows exactly what to you. I've been itching to chop off my hair and do something fun and edgy. I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg, and I didn't want to have to trek to Brooklyn, so after some research I decided to go here. It did not disappoint! Capri did an amazing job on my hair. She really listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions, and put a lot of care and effort into the details. Altogether, the cut and blow was $53 for a fairly detailed cut. They'll also tell you ahead of time the price, so you won't be surprised at the end :p One thing to note: tips have to be in cash. Make sure to grab some before you go! Thanks so much Capri! I'll definitely be back.
